I love protein, and am especially all about while pregnant and nursing. Peanut Butter Protein Balls are the perfect snack for in-between meals or breastfeeding. PEANUT BUTTER PROTEIN BALLS
1 ½ c Jay Robb Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
1 ½ c Dry Oats
2 c Natural Peanut Butter
¾ c Honey
1-2 c Chocolate Chips
Mix dry ingredients. Add peanut butter and honey. Roll into golf ball size (or smaller) and roll in chocolate chips. Refrigerate. Makes approximately 25.
