Goal Setting – One Step at a Time


Often my clients can feel overwhelmed with their task at hand. Be it losing 20kg, preparing for a half marathon or facing 30 days with no sugar – these can seem like huge challenges – IF all you look at is the endgame.

Tackling your health and fitness goals can can be daunting and sometimes the effort required can seem just to big to handle. So I propose an idea for you. The idea is an oldie but a goodie – and one that is constantly forgotten about.

Just take it one step at a time.
