To get a flat tummy all you have to do is take heed of these three workout methods for phenomenal results:
Start by walking on the treadmill with speed set to a minimum of say 3mph for just 30 seconds. Follow with a speed of 6 or 7 mph for another 30 seconds.
Repeat these sets of walk and run for at least four days a week. This is a great way to burn off calories without tiring your muscles.

The world of instagram has made it so accessible for us to share and inspire each other through our healthy recipes and fitness journeys, I absolutely love it!
I would never have thought to make a smoothie bowl topped with nutritious coconut + chia seeds, or cook healthy granola bars using only 5 ingredients, until I saw such beautiful and stylish food photography through blogs and instagram accounts.

Life is hectic and finding time to document my life on all social media outlets can be demanding. And takes away a lot of the experience. That being said it also can hold you to a goal.
Between school work and just everyday life with a wild little boy, I want to recommit myself to reaching my goals I made at the beginning of the year. The biggest thing that needs work is my diet.
Over the course of the next week I am hoping to start a YouTube channel with some workouts you can do at home.
