Yesterday I started Beachbody’s Ultimate Reset. Not going to lie, it wasn’t easy. I really enjoyed the food on the meal plan, but I still missed my usual night time snack and being able to eat whatever I want, whenever I want. Still, I’m trying to convince myself that its worth, because I’m breaking bad eating habits and replacing them with good ones. In addition to the food, there was also the supplements. The pills aren’t a problem, but once a day you have to drink a fairly nasty looking green drink. It looks like you’re drinking grass, in my opinion. It didn’t taste bad, but it’s going to take me a little bit to get over the look of it.
