Yoga and the Benefits
So here a few days ago I posted the most inspirational video I have seen in a very long time. A veteran who could hardly walk began doing yoga and slowly but surely not only did he walk again but he RAN! So today I wanted to give you a link that gives some of the benefits of doing yoga. I would encourage everyone to incorporate yoga into their workouts and keep your workouts fresh and avoid doing the same workout repetitively. By changing up your workout you keep your body guessing and when your body cant get used to what your doing, you continue to lose pounds and inches.
