Putting the right things into your body will help you see the results that you want to get out of it. Beware marketing hot-words like “natural”, “farm-fresh” and know how to find real whole-grains (your “Whole Wheat” bread may be so enriched that ducks won’t eat it).

Helpful Hint: When buying your food at the supermarket, stay near the outsides of the store. Most fresh produce, meats and lesser-modified foods are kept towards the perimeter of the store while processed foods and snack foods like Cheez-its, Wonderbread and Mountain Dew live in the center of the store.
